The Talent Foundation has been set-up by new players. We are looking for a wide variaty of pilots, and we currently have openings in three divisions. We work on a democratic bases.

Talent Fleet.
Our fleet department is running missions for several Gallente NPC factions, exploring valuable complexes and training for PVP combat setups. Do you want to rat-hunt, mission, Learn the differences between PVE and PVP than this is the department for you.

Talent Industries.
Small but capable, the talent Industries is our small self sufficient industrial branche. Mining, refining and construction are done here. Several profitable projects are being set-up for starting players. TALENT will pay regional average prices to mining members for their ore.

Special Talents.
Trading and special projects like espionage or hauling are done in the Special Talents branche. Here pilots spend their hours how to best make a profit or good trade. Do you have the insight and daring to take the extra mile then the Special branche might be for you.
